A plain-English account of the cookies, browser storage, and external asset requests used by RelayDM.

What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by RelayDM. It is intentionally limited to storage that is part of the current RelayDM website and application. We do not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers merely because they are common on websites.
Strictly necessary session storage
RelayDM uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep the service working. Authentication uses a session cookie and the authenticated application uses the browser storage required by its authentication client to maintain a signed-in session. A small sidebar preference cookie may remember an application navigation preference. These technologies are necessary for sign-in, security, navigation, and account access and cannot be disabled through a marketing preference panel without affecting the service.
Preferences
The application may use local browser storage for preferences such as light or dark appearance, selected region or demo state, and an in-progress signup destination. These values stay in your browser and support the interface or the flow you chose. They are not used to build an advertising profile.
Analytics and advertising
At the time this policy was published, the public marketing website does not load an analytics SDK, Meta Pixel, advertising tag, session-replay tool, or marketing cookie. RelayDM does provide product and tracked-link reporting inside the authenticated service; that product data is described in the Privacy Policy and is not a browser advertising cookie.
Third-party requests
The public site requests font files and stylesheets from Google Fonts. A font request is an external asset request, not a RelayDM advertising or analytics cookie. Payment and Instagram connection flows may also take you to or communicate with the relevant provider, such as Razorpay, Stripe for existing subscriptions, or Meta. Those providers have their own privacy and cookie practices.
Your choices
Because the current public site uses only necessary operation and preference storage, it does not present a consent banner for non-essential tracking. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out, reset preferences, or interrupt an in-progress flow. If our tracking configuration changes, we will update this policy and add an appropriate choice mechanism before introducing non-essential tracking where required.
