Terms of service

1. Agreement
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The service
RelayDM automates Instagram comment-triggered direct messages containing up to two tracked links, and reports on delivery and click performance. Features may change as Meta's platform changes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, the security of your credentials and all activity in your workspace. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
4. Instagram platform rules
You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines. You may only automate accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, impersonating others or circumventing rate limits is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, adult, hateful or harassing content; no malware or phishing destinations; no scraping of the service; no reselling access without a written agreement.
6. Tracked links
You are responsible for the destinations you configure. We may disable a short link that resolves to malicious or illegal content.
7. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Quotas reset each billing period. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service depends on Meta's APIs. Delivery is best-effort and we are not liable for outages, rate limits or policy changes on Instagram's side.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's rules. On termination your data is deleted according to the privacy policy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect and consequential losses.
