RelayDM versus Kwikzy is most useful when you compare the unit each plan actually provides. A workspace, an Instagram connection, a staff seat and a message allowance are different resources. Matching a similar-looking price without checking those definitions can leave a creator or agency with the wrong subscription.

Define the operating unit you need

A solo designer may need one professional Instagram account and a requested-resource flow. A small agency may need several client workspaces, separate access and a clear exit process. These are different buying cases even if both use comment-to-DM automation.

Write down the number of businesses, Instagram accounts and team members involved. Then ask which items consume a plan allowance. Do not assume that a workspace slot automatically includes every connected account or that adding a staff member is the same as adding a client.

Read Kwikzy’s current plan page

Checked November 1, 2026, Kwikzy’s official pricing page presents Free, Starter, Growth and Agency tiers, with monthly and yearly options. The displayed currency and prices can vary by region. Check the offer in your genuine billing country; the actual billing choice and checkout remain the purchase reference.

The page also describes workspace and feature scope. Confirm the precise account capacity and limits in the selected offer rather than transferring a figure from a different tier or an old third-party screenshot. We have not independently tested those advertised allowances.

Compare RelayDM’s catalog without hiding gates

RelayDM’s India monthly catalog is Launch ₹399, Pro ₹999, Max ₹1,499 and Agency ₹1,999. These labels map to existing billing identifiers; a display name is not a new entitlement. RelayDM has an eligible one-time seven-day introductory trial per registered account, not a permanent free plan.

Public UPI trial admission is qualified. Other payment paths and customer-wide Instagram sending remain restricted pending their required evidence. A lower catalog price is not a functional advantage if the exact live workflow you need is still unavailable.

Inspect the same message sequence

Use one permitted scenario: a person comments for a care guide, receives an opening, performs a supported action and opens the requested resource. Examine the real Instagram rendering, not only the vendor’s phone preview.

Ask whether the chosen plan supports that exact trigger and format. If public replies, follow checks or contact capture are needed, evaluate each stage separately. Read the comment workflow guide and API evaluation checklist before treating feature labels as interchangeable.

Check account ownership and portability

For an agency, ask what happens when a client leaves: who controls the Instagram authorization, which records remain with the client and how exports are handled. Separate workspace administration from the right to reuse an account’s history elsewhere.

Verify pause and cancellation procedures, including whether they affect only billing or also scheduled work. A subscription cancellation does not automatically undo already accepted messages. Use the data ownership guide to prepare specific operational questions.

Make a bounded choice

Kwikzy’s advertised tier structure may fit a team whose verified workflow and capacity needs align with it. RelayDM can be evaluated for its current interface and catalog with restrictions disclosed. Review live RelayDM availability and compare ordinary recurring costs, not just annual equivalents. This is publisher research, not firsthand proof of every feature or a guarantee that either product will produce more leads.
