Connect Instagram to RelayDM through Meta authorization
Use the authorized Meta connection for your professional Instagram account.
Connect securely
Start in authenticated Integrations and complete the official authorization flow. RelayDM verifies the signed state and workspace association before saving the connection. Never share your Instagram password with support.
Select the correct account
Review the account identity and synchronized posts before configuring an automation. Reconnecting and moving ownership are distinct operations; completing OAuth does not automatically transfer another workspace’s account.
Review connection health
Expired permissions or tokens may require a legitimate reconnection. Delivery capabilities additionally depend on actual app permissions, recipient eligibility and workspace access. A healthy connection alone is not unrestricted sending permission.
Check availability before launch
Registration, connection and drafts are available. Automatic sending requires account-specific eligibility. Eligible India UPI AutoPay is live; cards, eMandate, Dodo USD and public returning paid checkout remain restricted until qualified.
