Understand the record
Conversation history reflects the messages and media available through the integration. An automation’s activity record and a provider message ID help diagnosis; neither guarantees that a person read the message.
Reply within the rules
Where enabled, manual reply still checks the recipient, connected account, plan and valid messaging window. Inbox does not provide a way around expired windows or general customer-sending restrictions.
Check availability before launch
Registration, connection and drafts are available. Automatic sending requires account-specific eligibility. Eligible India UPI AutoPay is live; cards, eMandate, Dodo USD and public returning paid checkout remain restricted until qualified.
